Easy concrete forms is a mineral oil-based release agent engineered to prevent concrete from bonding to forms and form liners, and is understood to be chemically reactive. This chemical solution does not contain any waxes or silicones, and is made through recycled materials, which can often result in a variation of colours from batch-to-batch, ranging from a light orange to a dark brown. This colour variation will not affect the product's performance.

This solution does not leave concrete residue, stains, or any discoloration to any surfaces it has been applied to. It is a long-lasting formula, and is not capable of evaporating, and will reduce any cleaning of formwork.

As stated above, the colour variation is between orange and brown. This solution's pH level is unknown, but it is odourless. It is a liquid-state chemical solution, and has not yet been DOT classified. This solution does not require dilution, as it comes ready to use.

As instructed above, Easy concrete Release should not be diluted. Surfaces that are applied with Easy concrete Release must be clean of dirt, rust, scale and concrete buildup prior to application. To maximise product performance and economy, the solution should be applied with a misting spray tip to ensure a thin and uniform film on the applied surface. It is instructed not to over-apply the solution, as it will not produce better results. Any excess of the Easy concrete Release should be removed with absorbent rags, as it may cause dusting. Easy concrete Release will not leave any residue or stain on the concrete, as it will produce a smooth surface ready for any subsequent coating.
